The Workshop and Process
Assalamualaikum...
In this post we want to sharing about our workshop. And we would like to show you some of our activity to make your beautiful outfit in Mergina's Workshop.
FYI, we have 3 location of workshop that located in different city. They are in Solo, Bandung and Jakarta. We have 3 workshop in Bandung, 1 in Jakarta and 1 in Solo.
Why we have different location of workshop ? Should have high cost for those depend of the location.
Okay, we will tell you about this. The reason why we have different of workshop is because we need high quality control and loyal partner. It is very important than the high cost.
And it would be efficient for distribution system. We have many of customers that buy in bulk quantity not just in Mergina brand but also they wanna make their own brand.
absolutely they knew our quality. That's why we service them and give them option for production location. Beside that, every workshop also have their speciality of focus.
The Question. "Can I make my own brand by you ? How is it working ?"
Let's star the process story
First, Our marketing will meeting or contacting with you by email or whatsapp. Discuss about the design, the fabric that you want, the sizing, the quantity, prices and other. After we get the good deal of both of us, we could move to the next step. which is MAKING SAMPLES
Before process making sample, you need to full payment about the samples cost and prices. Then you should give us the design and detail, then we make the pattern product with your sizing, give it to our special staff that handle of the samples process. After that, we would inform you that the samples is already finish. So, you could see it to make sure the quality, or give other suggestion that needed.
After it, we could start the production process. with bulk quantity that you said before.
This last step is depend of buyer request. But most of them ask us to make them the cataloque. So, it would be more effective for them to sell it.
It is our process making our product. :)
